Where's Shoreline?
- Our corporate office and mailing address is at 474 N Lake Shore Drive, and is not open to the public.
- We operate full-service Ticket Kiosks at Navy Pier during touring seasons. We have kiosks both by our Ogden Slip docks and our Dock Street locations.
- Additional ticket kiosks are at each dock locations: Shedd Aquarium (on the Museum Campus in Grant Park), 200 S Wacker Drive and 401 N. Michigan Ave at the Michigan Avenue Bridge are staffed when our tours or taxi service is running.
